HCL Technologies posted an 11% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs.4,076 crore for the December 2025 quarter, down from Rs.4,591 crore last year. Operating revenue rose 13% YoY to Rs.33,872 crore, with sequential 6% growth. The company declared a Rs.12 per share interim dividend (record date Jan 16, payment Jan 27, 2026).
