பிஎஃப் வட்டி: The Central government has clarified in Parliament that there is no proposal or active plan to raise the Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) interest rate to 10%, and no formal demand for such a hike has been received from labour unions. The current EPF rate stands at 8.25% for FY 2025‑26, which was retained by the EPFO’s Central Board of Trustees.
