பெட்ரோல், டீசல் விலை: The Petroleum Ministry has clarified that, despite global crude prices nearly doubling over the past month, regular petrol and diesel retail prices in India have not been raised and remain unchanged. The actual retail diesel could have reached close to Rs 192 per litre if fully passed on to consumers.
