Experts believe that Chennai’s new 24-hour pedestrian complex on Kader Nawaz Khan Road could significantly boost the city’s social life and commercial activity, which currently lack vibrancy. A section of the road presently used by about 20,000 vehicles daily will be fully converted into a pedestrian-only zone, with all vehicle movement restricted.
