The central government has revised basic wages and pensions for employees and retirees of Public Sector General Insurance Companies (PSGICs like NICL, NIACL, OICL, UIICL, GIC, AICIL), NABARD, and RBI, effective from late 2022, to boost take-home pay and financial security.
