Indian cricket star Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma have purchased over 5.19 acres of adjoining land in Zirad village, Alibag (Raigad district) for ₹37.86 crore, registered on January 14, 2026. This marks their second acquisition in the coastal town after buying an 8-acre plot in 2022 for a farmhouse.
