Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin will inaugurate the first phase of flagship digital initiative “Ulagam Ungal Kaiyil” at Chennai Trade Centre, with Deputy CM Udhayanidhi Stalin in attendance. The scheme distributes 10 lakh free laptops to students in government higher education institutions, including engineering, arts/science, medical, agriculture, law colleges, polytechnics, and ITIs.
